Richard, Steve and Peter have over 48 years experience in Estate Agency. Richard Harmes has been in the business for some 19 years (7 years in Walton on Thames) so when he met Steve Turner with 15 years experience (11 years in Walton on Thames) & Peter Brown (14 years all in Walton on Thames) it seemed a fantastic opportunity to combine their skills, knowledge, abilities and personalities to form an unrivalled partnership. It was therefore a natural progression that these three highly motivated individuals opened HTB in Walton on Thames High Street in 2003.

Since then, the three working partners, together with their knowledgeable Sales & Lettings team have enjoyed a high level of success, mainly due to their pro-active, friendly approach and in-depth knowledge of the local property market and area.
